Order Processing & Payment Clearance
We enforce a strict verification process for all transactions. All customer payments must fully clear and pass fraud screening before your order is scheduled for delivery.

Once your payment goes through successfully, your heavy-duty flagpole kit will be prepped and boxed.

Direct Factory Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
To ensure you receive the highest quality hardware at the best value, all orders are shipped directly from our primary manufacturing facility in Muncy, Pennsylvania.

Due to the oversized and heavy-duty nature of these commercial-grade packages, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for actual delivery to arrive at your location. Armor Flagpoles LLC handles all of your customer service, tracking updates, and account support from start to finish.

Separate Accessory Packaging
Because our bundles feature a comprehensive set of premium accessories, items may ship in separate packages.

Your heavy-duty telescoping flagpole and your bundled accessories (such as truck accessories like night solar lights, flags, or hardware) may arrive at different times within the delivery window. Tracking information will be provided for all packages associated with your order.

Free Shipping (Contiguous US Only)
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all flagpole orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.

Because our heavy-duty telescoping flagpoles are premium, full-length kits, they ship in oversized, rugged packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
* Alaska and Hawaii: We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or Canada.

Delivery Insurance & Inspection
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

If your package shows any signs of delivery damage, note it clearly with the carrier or contact our customer support team right away so we can resolve it for you.
